Position Overview: We are currently seeking someone to assist with B2B Business Development to help us expand our client base and foster long-term relationships with potential customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a knack for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls both virtually as well as in person to potential clients.

Schedule appointments for on-site meetings or virtual discussions to further explore client needs and how our services can meet those needs.

Maintain and update prospective client information in our CRM system.

Work closely with the sales team to develop calling strategies and scripts.

Provide feedback on potential market opportunities and client responses.

Be an enthusiastic representative of our brand and services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or a sales role, with a preference for B2B experience.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

An energetic and driven personality, with a strong desire to succeed.

Reliability and commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.

Basic understanding of the I.T. industry is a plus but not required.

Openness to receiving feedback and adapting strategies as needed.

Willingness to potentially go on-site for meetings with clients.

Part-Time Schedule:

Initially, the position will require a commitment of 4 hours per day.

There is potential for this to increase to 8 hours and ultimately transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
