Automotive Service Advisor / Manager

We are a fast-paced full service automotive repair facilities located in the Chandler/Gilbert area.
We are looking for the perfect candidate who has amazing customer service skills, enjoys helping / assisting our customers with all of their automotive repair needs.
Ideal Candidates preferred to include but are not limited to;
Strong Customer Service skills. Provide exceptional customer service with EVERY customer no matter how big or small their repair needs are.
Strong Communication skills: Able to effectively and professionally communicate with technicians, customers, warranty companies, and fleet management accounts.
Able to provide customers with that above and beyond exceptional team experience: Show and advise them with our digital inspections or in person / out in the shop / under the vehicle experience. Prepare an estimate in computer system and advise them with a game plan to have their vehicle safe out on the road.
Source and Order Parts required for repairs
Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for customer
Keep customer informed on status of repairs
Work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
Keep an outgoing, positive attitude all day

Compensation: 40-50k base salary plus monthly bonus structure
Employment Type: Full time (must be available to work between the hours of 7am-7pm Mondays-Fridays and 7a-5pm Saturdays. Closed on Sundays (5 day work week- 2 days off a week)
