The construction and safety equipment industry is booming, and our dynamic Sales Reps are achieving remarkable results – with 2 to 3 daily sales and weekly commissions exceeding $1,500 in just 30.5 hours. Following a brief 8 to 16-week training, you will enjoy a 35% commission on all new accounts, complemented by a 2% monthly bonus, a substantial $6,000 year-end bonus, and an extra .0125% on sales over $180,000. These are all performance based sales when our office hits their goals. We have done that an amazing 35 months in a row!
We warehouse a vast inventory of 2,000+ construction and safety products, selling millions of items like reciprocating blades, cutting wheels, diamond blades, safety glasses, cable ties, and Velcro. Our target clientele includes B2B sectors like Plumbing, Electrical, Demolition, and Roofing and "self" performing Contractors. Last month alone, we shipped over $530,000 in business, paying out over $110,000 in commissions and $15,000 in bonuses.
Now, we are introducing our very own line of reciprocating saw blades in collaboration with Bosch, considered the best on the market. Join us and be part of the team promoting this outstanding product.
With a base pay of $13 to $16 per hour plus 10% commission, the first three new hires will earn $3 more than advertised! Enjoy guaranteed pay during training, where opening 2 clients daily is the norm. Post-training, earn up to 35% on straight commission for both new and repeat business.
Our benefits include:
- 2 to 6 months of guaranteed paid training
- up to $1,250 to $3,500 monthly bonus for new account King/Queen of the office that month
