Looking for great security officers such as yourself to represent Statewide Protection and drive our mission to secure and protect our clients and their assets. This is a great place to work with opportunities for growth. Experience is valuable, but not necessary. If you have retail, customer service, or a hospitality background you are a great fit for this position. With your motivation and willingness to learn, we provide the training and skills needed for a career in the security industry.
Your Daily Duties:
No two days are alike. Our security officers work in a variety of locations, from retail, residence, educational facilities, and more to preserve order while enforcing the regulations and policies of the client's site. You'll be actively monitoring premises, providing a visual presence, and patrolling various locations. You will write incident reports as they occur, and maintenance and safety hazard reports as they are discovered. You will remain cool and calm under pressure and have the ability to de-escalate situations as well as escalate when necessary.

Preferred but not required:
Possession of a guard card is a plus (We will train and get you licensed- classes are held Mon and Tues)
Armed guard card
Security experience a plus
Veteran a plus
Requirements:
Must be available weekends and weekdays, days and nights
Must have reliable transportation
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 100 lbs.
Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
May need to walk or run for long periods
