SECURITY DISPATCHER
TPA Protection Agency is looking for a professional security dispatcher to work full time in a high profile fast-paced environment. Now is your chance to join a rapidly growing high-quality team of security service professionals.
Responsibilities:
o Inbound/outbound call taking and data entry in our report and internal system.
o Review reports submitted by field officers, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
o Monitor field officers' activity and light scheduling on daily basis; checking shift times; taking into account security needs in the field.
o Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
o Versatile and flexible because at times you may be required to work in the field.
Minimum Requirements:
o Customer service/phone experience
o Data entry
o Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods
o Familiarity with Windows operating systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Other requirements:
o AZ DPS Guard Card
o Be at least 21 years old
o A high degree of maturity
o Critical thinking skills
o Detail oriented
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:
o 8 hour shift (8am-4pm)
o Day shift
o Monday to Friday
