FRONT GATE SECURITY
Happy Trails Resort in Surprise, AZ is a 55 plus community and is currently seeking candidates for our Front Gate Security. We are currently looking to fill a part-time position on our 2nd shift 2PM – 10PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Commands the Patrol Station at the resort entrance.
Provides information and assistance to residents, guests and visitors regarding the resort and its facilities.
Greets and registers residents, vendors, guests and visitors, with friendly cordiality.
Directs traffic and prevents vehicular congestion of resort roads, parking areas and in the vicinity of special events.
Responds to emergencies by notifying proper authorities, directing emergency vehicles with in the resort and prepares incident reports in clear, concise language.
Patrols resort as directed to maintain safe atmosphere.
Notifies proper departments of the need of emergency repairs to utilities or fixtures.
Checks all interior doors, locks, and windows of common areas of resort.
Locks and unlocks secured areas of resort, as requested.
Keeps the Patrol vehicle serviced and clean.
Renders required or otherwise appropriate verbal and written reports.
Patrols the resort and ensures all lots and residences are in compliance to the Rules and Regulations. Reports all noncompliance to proper authorities.
Performs check-in and check-out procedures, and handles all Notice of Occupancy as required.
Assists in and deliveries all priority or emergency telephone messages to residents and guests.
Ability to enforce all HTCA Rules and Regulations.
A valid driver's license is required and candidates must be able to pass a background check.
