ePoolSupply is a large swimming pool store that is both brick and mortar as well as a powerhouse in the online retail space. We currently sell on ePoolSupply.com as well as the Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to help with in-person retail sales! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is an excellent opportunity to gain people, retail, and communication skills and more. So, if you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for retail, we would love to hear from you.
Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Job Requirements
Proven customer support experience
Strong in-person and phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High School Diploma (or better)
Simple Microsoft Office skills are a plus
Pool Industry Experience Preferred But Not Required
