This is a part-time rotating relief manager for 3 storage facilities.
Job Overview
Ability to work independently; spend time both inside and outside.
Available to work Monday thru Saturday 9am to 6pm. (24 to 40 hours per week)
Some light physical activities including; sweeping, mopping, debris removal, washing windows, cleaning bathrooms
Cash handling, collecting rent, balance cash drawer, complete daily reports.
Assess customers storage needs and make suggestions
Daily walk through of the facility
Job Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, and driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation
$14-$16 per hour depending on experience.
Bonus for new rental contracts.
$500 signing bonus after 6 months
