Central Arizona Supply is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Plumbing Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate for our Casa Grande, AZ branch. This position is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of the products needed. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner.
Responsibilities
Service customers at the counter by taking & entering orders into the system accurately
Follow company pricing, credit, and payment guidelines
Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately
Increase sales, promote, and sell overages, damaged and discontinued items
Handle difficult customers and/or customer complaints and returns with diplomacy & tact
Assist in physical inventory counts
Maintain open orders, following the order through to completion
Requirements
Possess superior customer service & organizational skills as well as a positive, professional attitude
Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures as well as the ability to perform business math
Able to stand/walk for duration of work hours as well as lift/carry/maneuver materials or equipment up to 75lbs
High school diploma/GED required
Experience working in similar position a plumbing supply company highly preferred
