Summary
We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the floral arrangement design and delivery process from beginning to end. You will be the one to coordinate design personnel and delivery processes to achieve an effective delivery of floral arrangement orders to residence and businesses.
The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, analytical thinking ability, and talent at working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a confident and organized individual whom has a knack for multi-tasking and provides clear communication. The goal is to manage the production and delivery of product efficiently and assist the team in resolving unforeseen challenges quickly and resourcefully.
Essential Functions:
1) Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected and immediate issues affecting to a delivery process daily
2) Coordinate multiple delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery
3) Locate and organize floral arrangement orders for delivery driver pickup
4) Delegate floral arrangement orders for 10-15 floral designers
5) Answer phones calls to support delivery drivers and customers
