Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on our cigar selection
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
- Maintain inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the shop is organized
- Process transactions and handle cash/card payments efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about cigar brands, accessories, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Passion for cigars and willingness to expand your knowledge
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18+
