Alltown Auto Repair/ATA Fleet Service is currently seeking a full time Automotive Service Advisor. Both entry-level and experienced positions available.
We are one of the largest automotive and commercial fleet repair facilities serving the entire Valley of the Sun. Our certified technicians repair all makes and models of light duty cars and trucks all the way up to medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Established in 2008. We are a fun, family-owned operation that takes great pride in hiring and retaining excellent staff members. We are looking for long term career-oriented employees. We are growing and want you to grow with us!
Service advisors will spend the majority of their day creating estimates and advising fleet customers of repairs needed. Advisors have the opportunity to build solid long-term, working relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications
Provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge in automotive services preferred but not required
Communicate effectively and professionally with technicians, clients, warranty companies, fleet management companies, and vendors
Create and manage estimates and invoices in computer system
Keep customer informed on status of repairs
Source and order parts required for repairs
Schedule appointments, vehicle drop offs and pickups when needed
Work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
