We seek a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team and enhance customer experience. This role is essential in providing a smooth day-to-day operation to allow the sales team to continue delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update customer records
- Prepare sales materials such as presentations and proposals
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Create sale contracts
- Assist in lead generation
- Stay informed about our new products and promotions
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills/ Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft products: Word/ Excel
