This position handles the daily office duties set forth by Community Manager for 129 apartment homes. Showing, leasing, follow up and daily online marketing, rental application processing, generate and execute new move-in and renewal leases. Assist Community Manager with distribution of legal notices, eviction, and collection processing. Create and close out resident/property work orders in the system as needed. Must be comfortable working with residents, provide exceptional service and can use good judgement. Willing to train the right candidate with a customer service background.
Excellent benefits-medical/dental/vision after 60 days of employment. Salary range depending on experience plus commission. Full time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. No weekends.
Requirements:

-Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
