Realty/ Broker Assistant

Niksi Realty Manager plays a crucial role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to Niksi agents, helping them succeed in their real estate careers while upholding the high standards of Niksi Realty.
Responsibilities:
Develop company policies and procedures
Develop classes & content to motivate, coach, & train real estate agents to achieve full potential
Preform and execute marketing for business development and growth and Recruit realtors
Motivate, coach, and train real estate agents to achieve their full potential
Answer transactional questions and provide guidance on complex real estate matters
Foster a positive and supportive work environment to encourage collaboration and growth
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry regulations, & best practices
Assists with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven
priorities, commitments, and milestones
Drafts and creates a large variety of detailed analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to co-broker
and commission agreements, non-disclosure agreements, lease analysis, project schedules and critical dates, market
comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's
opinions of value
Incorporates data from multiple sources to generate timely reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in project
reporting for internal account management teams
Assists with the coordination of all transaction activity, documenting transaction status and preparing regular
updates for all active team transactions. Timely and efficient utilization and tracking of all transaction updates in the
company’s management software (Salesforce)
Organizing and facilitating client tours including compilation of tour books, establishing schedule and participating
when applicable
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Real estate broker License
Proven work experience as an Escrow Officer
Excellent decision-making skills
Advanced clerical knowledge
Basic computer and office software skills
Good communication skills
