```Duties:```
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities
- Evaluate potential properties and assess their financial viability
- Analyze market trends, property values, and rental rates to inform investment decisions
- Prepare financial models and projections to evaluate the profitability of real estate investments
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing property documents and conducting property inspections
- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions
- Monitor and track the performance of real estate investments
```Requirements:```
- MUST have real estate license
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
- Proven experience as a real estate analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of real estate markets and property management principles
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
