About Us:
We are a small, dynamic real estate and property management firm seeking a motivated Real Estate Analyst with bookkeeping experience to join our team. Our office is located in Arcadia Lite.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities.
Assist with underwriting, forecasting, and evaluating potential developments.
Maintain and analyze financial records using QuickBooks.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Experience with real estate development and/or renovation projects highly desired.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate analysis, market research, or a related field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
