We are a residential property management company managing single family, multi-family rental properties and homeowner associations. We are looking for a candidate interested in the Real Estate field. The position is a full time, in office position with a set schedule M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch. Ideal candidate will be very detailed oriented and computer savvy.
Answering multi-line phone system
Data entry
Managing/creating social media posts
Taking marketing pictures & videos
Processing credit & ordering verification of residences
General office duties such as filing, creating letters, non-compliance notices
Downloading, saving and uploading pictures
Typing work documents and saving in PDF format
Ability to utilize all word documents including outlook, excel, word
Opening work orders in online system
Be a valuable member of a small team
Create HOA invoices
Paying vendor invoices
Preparing HOA financial packages
Reconciling bank statements
Must have property management software experience
Must have accounting software experience with peachtree or quickbooks
Interest in getting your Real Estate License (company sponsored)
