We’re currently hiring a Leasing Agent for our brand-new, affordable housing community in Phoenix that’s in the exciting lease-up phase. This is a prime opportunity to be part of something new and make serious commissions, on top of a competitive hourly wage.
What We’re Looking For:
Well-dressed and polished with a professional, welcoming demeanor
Quick learner who picks up systems and processes with ease
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Dependable and reliable – we can count on you to show up and follow through
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and until 7 PM three days per week during the lease-up phase
Bilingual candidates are a plus
What You’ll Do:
Greet prospects warmly and deliver a best-in-class leasing experience
Conduct tours, follow up with leads, and close leases
Assist with resident relations and daily operations
Maintain accurate records and reports
Support the community’s overall success and lease-up goals
