We are a small boutique real estate brokerage company who does property management, bank REO foreclosures and investment properties. We are currently looking to hire and train a select group of motivated residential agents to join our team.

Job Description:

We are hiring licensed real estate agents only. We are looking for realtors who are interested in learning the Bank Owned Foreclosure (REO) business, working with residential investors and showing tenants our in-house property management listings. We are looking for someone who has attention to details, ability to work with numbers, able to multitask and who has experience with spreadsheets.

Opportunity #1:

Show our in-house residential property management listings to prospective tenants. You will show prospective tenants our property listing and help them submit an application. If the property does not work for the prospective tenants, then you will show them other broker’s rental listings or help them with prequalifying them to purchase a home. You are required to keep in contact with the tenant to convert them to a buyer and educate them on how to improve their financial situation (Credit score, budgeting, paying off debts, etc).

Opportunity #2:

Show our in-house bank owned foreclosure properties to interested buyers. You will show our REO properties to owner-occupied and investor buyers. Investors and owner-occupied buyers, you will answer all the buyer’s questions, prepared after repair opinion of market values and recommend contractors for a potential purchase, if they want. Investor buyers you will also prepare an analysis spreadsheet showing the potential profit margin for each property. If the buyer wants to submit an offer, you will assist them with submitting an offer to the REO bank and represent them throughout the transaction. If the property does not work for the buyer, then you will show them other broker’s listing for a co-broker commission.

Opportunity #3:

For additional income opportunities, you will learn how to put in place a sustainable marketing system and processes to generate a consistent number of leads needed to reach your targeted annual income goals. You will learn how to create low-cost Google ads for your landing pages, CRM A/B split testing or dynamic segmenting, marketing automations, YouTube SEO and website keyword selection techniques, business and marketing planning and much more! With these tools and techniques, you will show properties to your buyer and seller sphere of influence.

In order to join our team you must:

Currently hold an Arizona real estate license as a full-time realtor

Have the ability to multi-task

Have attention to details and ability to work with numbers

Have a desire to work independently

Have a strong work ethic and desire to successes

Have good communication skills and ability to network to build your business

Experience with Microsoft Excel
