American Property Management is growing, and we are looking for a talented Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) for the Tierra Pointe Apartments, a 236-unit garden-style apartment community built in 2008 located in Casa Grande, AZ.
Position Information
Property Information – 236-unit garden-style apartment community built in 2008.
Schedule – Tuesday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm - Additional hours/days may be required based on property needs. This position requires you to physically be at the property during your scheduled shift.
Hourly Rate – $20 to $20 / hour

Qualifications
2+ years' experience in customer service is required.
Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws, Landlord/Tenant Laws and ADA laws preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A positive attitude and a team mentality.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word required.
Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
A Day in the Life
Tour units with prospective tenants and highlight the qualities and selling points of the property/units.
Handle customer and tenant relations and ensure all issues are being addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service.
Maintain knowledge of the current area market.
Prepare and maintain reports for managers.
Host community events and ensure they are complying with American Property Management’s Quality Standards.
Assist residents from beginning to end of the rental process.
