Treat this like a business opportunity not a job. This is not an overnight get rich scheme. It takes time to develop the skills and knowledge to put successful deals together. We will support you, train and educate you all in a team driven environment. There is a mandator admin fee of $150 per month for the software licensing and VA's that help close your deals. This is all reimbursed at each closing.
You will be reaching out to potential tenants for our properties, tenant brokers and investors.
The Intern shall receive compensation based on the following:
a. $1,000 - $5,000 on retail deals and $2,000 - $10,000 on industrial deals.
b. All admin fees reimbursed at each closing.
You only need a few hours a day and can work remote from anywhere in the world. This position requires availability in the early hours between 8am -12pm.
A strong willingness to work on mindset, patience and consistency is the most important trait and characteristics that i'm looking for.
Deals can get done in 3-6 weeks.
