We are seeking an Assertive Appointment Setter to round out our sales team at the brokerage, and help us connect with potential clients who are in need of our 5-Star rated Professional Services, Unmatched Skills, and Global Real Estate exposure. As an Assertive Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our curated database of prospective clients, building rapport, and scheduling weekly appointments for our internal team to meet with the clients and earn their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to our curated database of potential clients to introduce the brokerage.
Build rapport with prospects and identify their needs and pain points.
Schedule appointments for our brokerage sales team to meet with them, further discuss our offerings and to be hired by them.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations and appointments scheduled.
Soft hand-off's to our team when the prospect is ready to book the appointment, or for you to schedule the appointment via our booking appointment page.
Consistently meet or exceed our monthly goal for met and set client appointments.
Requirements:
2 years or more in real estate.
Active real estate license, or the ability to reactive your license if inactive.
Knowledge of Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and appointment setting platforms.
Ability to quickly connect with the prospect, effectively share our value proposition and build the prospects interest to meet with us to list their home or purchase one for them.
