As a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline and enhance our hiring practices to ensure that we efficiently find and place high-caliber candidates across various departments. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job advertisements to nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Advertisement Management: Create and publish engaging job advertisements across social media, career pages, and online job boards to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Application Evaluation: Screen resumes and job applications meticulously to shortlist candidates based on established criteria.

Candidate Interviews: Conduct in-person and phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for client needs.

Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing timely updates on candidate progress.

Record Keeping: Keep detailed and organized records of candidate interactions, evaluations, and other relevant documentation.

Talent Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities.

Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing them with relevant information and guidance.

Networking: Represent the company at job fairs and industry events to build a robust network of potential candidates.

On-Call Support: Handle urgent recruitment requests and manage any after-hours orders, ensuring timely and effective client communication.

Account Management: Oversee and manage assigned client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all recruitment processes.

Drug Screening: Coordinate and process drug screenings as part of the hiring process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in staffing and recruitment across various roles and departments.

Proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations for candidate qualifications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual a plus
