This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, sales support, and operations.Job Description:As a Sales/Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, maintaining office operations, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties that help ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. Assist customers with inquiries, provide information on available inventory, and support in showing products. Process paperwork related to sales, including order forms, invoices, and quotes.Office Filing: Organize and file office documents, receipts, and invoices for easy access and compliance. Maintain a clean and orderly filing system for physical and digital records.Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, inventory updates, and other relevant data into the company’s database or tracking system.Runner for Supplies: Assist in picking up and delivering supplies or materials as needed. Help with inventory tracking and stocking of materials or products in the warehouse.Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and organizational tasks around the office and warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.General Office Support: Provide general office assistance to other team members as required. Be open to assisting with other duties to support company operations and overall efficiency.Requirements:Entry-level experience in office administration or sales support is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and assist with physical tasks when needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the office. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal team members. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and familiarity with data entry tasks.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. as part of the day-to-day operations.
