About The Role
As a result of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our existing team to lighten the workload and support the Sales Manager & Arborists and help them in dealing with daily sales / job tasks.
Responsibilities
Taking phone calls and responding to emails from customers and vendors
Following up on unsold jobs to
Maintaining and updating clients work orders and account information as needed.
Working with the Production Manager & helping prep for upcoming services.
Scheduling meetings and booking appointments for clients or vendors
Attending meetings and taking detailed notes to be typed up and distributed to the relevant staff.
Greeting and meeting with clients on any follow ups or concerns
Assisting Management Team with any miscellaneous tasks
Location & commitments
Full-time
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm
Occasional overtime may be required.
Candidate requirements
Previous experience in the industry with basic knowledge of landscaping services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must have a strong grasp of Microsoft Office and Excel
