Seeking reliable, organized, positive person to be my right-hand person and receptionist/admin assistant. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and follow-through. Answering phones, taking accurate phone messages, creating customer service work orders, setting and managing appointments, typing, data entry, creating forms, filing, cleaning, experience with MS Office products Word, Excel, Outlook and light accounting (matching payables, calling on receivables).
