Receptionist Needed

Our company specializes in commercial & residential underground utility installations. We are a small but very busy office looking to fill a full-time Receptionist position. This position requires a dependable, detailed oriented individual that is also self-motivated and has excellent time management skills. Must possess great organization skills.

This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff

- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks

- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping

- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail

- Managing office inventory such as stationary, equipment & furniture

Requirements:

- Microsoft Office experience is required

- Must be adept at using computers on a daily basis

- Must be adept at phone communication
