Overview
Catapult Consultants, a nationally recognized contractor supporting CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), is seeking detail-oriented and mission-driven Provider Outreach Analysts to join our growing Program Integrity Division.
In this role, you will engage with healthcare providers and clinic administrators to validate referral practices and educate offices on compliance expectations under Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. You’ll play a critical part in protecting the healthcare system from fraud, waste, and abuse. Will train the right candidates!
Key Responsibilities
Make outreach calls to physician offices and clinics to verify referral trends
Conduct scripted provider interviews to gather compliance-related data
Accurately document all communications into our proprietary tracker
Flag unusual referral behavior for internal audit review
Collaborate with integrity officers and escalation teams as needed
Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard sensitive data at all time
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin preferred)
1+ year of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or provider relations
Strong phone etiquette and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a secure remote environment
Must complete credentialing and CMS-compliant onboarding steps prior to start
