We’re looking for a punctual, hardworking, and reliable Personal & Office Assistant to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. Our company is a multi-million-dollar marketing business where great culture is our number one value. We have been in business for a while but are experiencing rapid growth currently. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to dive into the marketing world and learn the ropes of running a successful business firsthand.

Key Duties:

Screen and manage emails

Oversee the calendar of the CEO, scheduling in-person and phone meetings

Run errands (e.g., picking up lunch, dry cleaning, mailbox trips)

Accompany the CEO on select errands and out-of-office meetings

Assist with travel planning and managing the company schedule during occasional trade show trips

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Punctuality and a strong work ethic—must be reliable

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to learn and contribute

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows

Bonus: Interest in marketing (you’ll get an insider’s view of our strategies, campaigns, and operations!)

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience) + performance bonuses + benefits + 401k + Life Insurance + Perks
