We’re looking for a part-time operations specialist in the Chandler area to help run our core operations.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing paperwork for issues
- Raising issues with customers for correction or clarification
- Assembling envelopes for mailing
- Post office runs
- Scanning documents
- Managing our pipeline to ensure everything is on track
- Coordinating with other colleagues to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Schedule:
- Approximately 25 hours/week. Candidate should be flexible based on workload.
- To a certain extent, candidate can choose their own working hours within each day, but must be available Mon-Fri.
Requirements:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Patient - while we want to move as quickly as possible, rushing can lead to mistakes; you should only move as quickly as you can without making mistakes
- Good at repetitive tasks - while there will always be new issues to keep you on your toes, you should be okay with completing repetitive tasks; you should be able to complete similar tasks in the same way, every time
- Technologically savvy - you should be confident in your ability to use new software without training; familiarity with keyboard shortcuts are a plus, as they will save you a lot of time
- Logical / analytical thinker
- Comfort with working remotely and independently
- Appreciation for giving and receiving feedback often (often several times a day)
- Natural internal motivation to constantly strive for excellence in everything you do
- Must have a safe, organized workspace in their home where work materials won’t be disturbed
- Must be able to go to the post office at 1900 W Carla Vista Dr, Chandler, AZ 85224 on a regular basis
- Must pass criminal background check
