Small but quickly growing Tempe startup offering payment services for businesses looking for an experienced operations/admin assistant to help scale out operations.
Duties include:
General administrative duties
Label printing, folding and inserting checks into FedEx envelopes
Assisting with operations (printing, inserting, mailing checks)
Customer Service duties
Misc. Administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be thorough and methodical, detail-oriented, and computer literate. In addition:
Able to use MS Outlook and Excel
Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 specifically Excel and Outlook preferred.
Hours are M-F 9AM to 5PM.
2+ years experience required.
