We are a dynamic and growing insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our agency runs smoothly. Required to work in office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage the administrative and operational functions of our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AMS360 and a strong understanding of insurance agency workflows. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team, maintaining carrier relationships, and ensuring efficiency across all processes. 25 hours per week, full benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Vacation)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, including carrier meetings, tracking new & renewal business and process improvement implementation.

Utilize AMS360 to manage Agency reports.

Coordinate with agents and staff to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards.

Train and support team members on agency management software and procedures.

Maintain organized records, files, and reports.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in an insurance agency.

Proficiency with AMS360 (required) and familiarity with other agency management tools.

Strong knowledge of insurance processes, including quoting, binding, and policy administration.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (preferred but not required).
