Job Description:
We are a busy, independent auto dealership looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to manage day-to-day operations in our back office. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Close out deals accurately and efficiently
Manage deal jackets & paperwork
Ensure costs and profits are correct on each sale
Prepare and submit titlework
Record and file finished titlework
Pay bills and handle financial transactions
Answer and screen phone calls
Handle collections and outstanding balances
Work with vendors to maintain relationships
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
Qualifications:
Prior office management experience, preferably in an auto dealership
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
40 WPM typing speed or faster
Ability to manage confidential information
Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$17 - $20 Per Hour depending on experience
