We Are Hiring Office Employees for Our Mesa, AZ Office

We are looking to hire office employee for our East Valley office. The following positions are

Data Entry: Must be detail orientated and must have Excel and Word experience.

Dispatchers: Must have computer experience and knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area.

Phone Operator: Must have upscale customer service and computer experience.

Drivers: Must have knowledge of city and state roads and drive our company vehicle local or long distance (Mini Vans and/or Sedans).

We are looking for multi-task, reliable, self-motivated people with computer experience.

We are looking for people who can work Full-time. We have flexible scheduling including weekends.

Part Time schedule is available.

We will pay depending on experience.

40 hours regular pay and overtime as needed pays time and a half.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 25 years of age or older (our commercial insurance requirement)

Must have a very positive attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Must have Computer experience (QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word)

Must be able to multitask work as a team player

Knowledge of the Metro Phoenix area

Must have a valid AZ. Drivers License ( We need 39 months M.V.R. report )

We do a Random drug and alcohol test.

Job requires a Fingerprint clearance card. (If you do not have one we can give an application to obtain one )
