Job description:
We are looking for a personable, experienced office assistant to assist in office duties, provide customer service, and coordinate office schedules. You would be responsible for things like:
Checking company email inboxes and responding to customer inquiries/concerns
Answering phone calls from new and current customers
Taking and delivering messages
Scheduling customer appointments and managing various calendars/schedules for company personnel
Reviewing internal shopping lists and ordering parts
Selling basic services and free diagnostic appointments
Collecting payments via phone, email, and text
Job requirements:
Must come in to the office, Mon - Fri, 7 am - 3 pm

$20/hour
