Office Assistant
For a Commercial Construction Company.
We are a family-owned Commercial Contractor in North Phoenix for over 30 years.
We are looking for an Office Assistant. This position is an In-Office position, and may be part-time (with a possible flexible schedule) and grow into full-time position for the right person.
Ideal candidate will have experience in a construction office and procedures, or similar field.
Knowledge of QuickBooks Preferred.
Ideal Qualification:
Knowledgeable of the construction industry or similar industry.
Assist with filing, job-books, RFI’s, Change Orders, Subcontracts, Clerical duties.
Assist with estimating, pricing from vendors, and Bids from sub-contractors.
Participate with purchasing of materials, and equipment, & site rentals.
Ensure a timely completion of receipt of bids from sub-contractors.
Ability to work under pressure accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook (Word, Excel, Power Point).
A very organized and professional individual, with an understanding of confidentiality.
High School degree minimum.
Must have authority to work in the United States
A possible background check and drug testing may be requested.
