· Professional writing skills (good grammar, spelling and punctuation are imperative)

· Devising and maintaining office systems including data management and filing

· Highly organized

· Arranging travel and according accommodations

· Managing calendars – Musically Fed events as well as Insight Mgt. calls, meetings, and client events.

· Knowledge of Word and Excel; Knowledge of UPS and FedEx is a plus

· Knowledge of social media

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· Must excel in a fast paced, multi-task environment

· Good communication – clients, artist teams, various volunteers.

· Comfortable using the phone as well as screening and directing calls

· Must work well independently, and as part of a strong team

· Dependability, including dependable transportation

Familiarity with office productivity software, shipping software, and general computer skills are a must.

Must have your own reliable transportation. Will require you to drop off packages on occasion to UPS, FedEx, and Post Office.

This is a full-time job, 40 hours per week.

Requires ability to work day, evening and weekend hours based on needs of business operations.
