We are a property management company currently seeking a full-time property manager for a senior community. Ideally, this candidate would have leasing or property management experience. However, we are willing to train the right candidate if they possess general office experience and have the right attitude and motivation to learn our company procedures. This position would entail collecting documents, application paperwork, signing lease agreements, collecting and processing rents, data entry, serving legal notices, dealing with the general public as well as overseeing day to day operations of the community.
This is a full time, 40-hour, Mon- Fri position.
