We are currently looking for the following: HVAC Dispatcher

Job Description:

As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching our HVAC technicians to various job sites, managing work orders, and ensuring timely and effective communication between customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and installations.

· Coordinate daily schedules and adjust as needed based on priority and urgency.

· Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

· Monitor technician progress and provide support as necessary.

· Ensure accurate and timely data entry of work orders and service details.

· Maintain organized records of all service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.

· Assist with parts ordering and inventory management.

· Handle emergency calls and dispatch technicians accordingly.

· Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC or related fields is a plus.

· Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the HVAC industry.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proficient in using Service Titan and other relevant computer applications.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.

· Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is highly desirable.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
