Job description

Diversified Foodservice Supply is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to provide internal support for our team. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people.

Position Summary: Provide technical ownership for Branch operations and support. Provide help desk support, aid in maintenance of basic Network and system setup with projects as assigned. Provide ticket support across the company. The Individual must be able to work well with co-workers, display good organizational skills and have a positive approach to his/her work. Must be willing to work 100% onsite, Monday - Friday 8:00 -5:00.

Responsibilities:

Take personal ownership of the branch from an IT perspective

Provide technical support and trouble shoot issues locally

Mange users on an 365 environment

Communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users

Configure and deploy equipment to end users.

Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process

Setup users on a Citrix environment.

Maintenance all sub systems: Backups, Printers, Phone system, etc…

Help with support tickets from all branches.

Special corporate projects as dictated by Corporate IT.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Smart energetic person who loves to learn.

3 to 5 years+ experience working in a Windows AD environment.

Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills with a very positive attitude.

Ability to setup Citrix users and trouble shoot.

VMware skills, Citrix, AS400, Mac are all a plus but not required.

Soft Skills:

Positive attitude and ability to enable others through technology.

Self-starter – ability to work with remote supervision.
