Commercial laundry equipment for the states of Arizona and New Mexico.
This is an In-Person/In-Office position. (No remote work)
Looking to hire a full-time receptionist to manage the front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities of the position are performed Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
Greet and welcome guests and customers as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, coffee, forms and brochures)
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Inventory front office supplies and keep inventory of office stock
Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing faxing mailing statements
Call on past due accounts
Process customer credit card payments
Create new customer service work orders
Customer Invoicing
Qualifications
Professional Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Experience with a multi-line phone system

Degree: High School degree
