Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Equivalent Required
Starting Pay: $50,000 Salary
PTO: 3.33 hours accumulated bi-monthly
401K retirement plan with 4% company matching
Required Skills:
● Clean driving record
● Drivers license
● Ability to drive daily to multiple locations and frequently change schedule
● Skilled using basic tools; hammers, screw drivers, etc.
● Ability to inspect, document and photograph in clear detail
● Familiar online file management
● Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
● Managing phones, texts, chats, faxes, digital calendars and voicemails
● Copying, electronic filing, and scanning
● Sending and receiving faxes
● Preparing and dropping off bank deposits
● Monitoring, transferring, and responding to email
● Receiving and directing walk in clients
● Coordinating and generating documents
● Sending and receiving mail and packages
● Keeping workplace clean, stocked, and organized
● Must have extensive computer skills, and outstanding technical ability
● Must have very strong communication skills
● Must possess extensive grammatical ability
● Must have exceptional customer service skills
● Must have strong organizational skills
● Must possess the ability to multitask and manage multiple digital processes in a timely manner
● Must have strong word processing and data entry skills
This is an in-house position. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. No part time
applicants will be considered.
