Electrical company based in California and in Arizona.
Looking to hire a long term experienced bookkeeper for Arizona.
Only those experienced with construction accounting/bookkeeping and contract administration will be considered. Part time position to start.
Duties include full charge bookkeeping up to and including month end, year end financials, payroll and timekeeping, contract administration, general office duties, data entry, accounts receivable/ payable.
Must know Quickbooks. Must be proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with Mechanics Lien law and prevailing wage procedures is a Plus.
Compensation based on experience.
