Estimator –Responsible for developing cost estimates and price quotes for RFQ’s, orders, conducting cost analyses to determine profitability by product and production process, and for refining estimating tools based on the results of cost analyses.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Specific duties will include but are not limited to:
· The ability to read Prints, Specifications, understand tolerances, dimensions.
· Maintain estimating standards and procedures.
· Review project documents and understand scope of work for quotations.
· Provide light technical support to team and/or customer as needed.
· Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
· Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
Requirements:
Preferred:
· 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing a plus.
· Previous estimating and/or customer service.
· Previous ERP Experience
· Blueprint/drawing experience
Required:
· 2-3 years’ experience quoting machined/fabricated parts.
· 2-3 years’ experience in customer service preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
