HVAC customer service, dispatch, and scheduler
Job Description:
Receive and manage incoming calls and emails from commercial and some residential clientele regarding their HVAC needs. Organize and schedule HVAC Techs as well as HVAC parts. Provide our customers with quotes for repairs. Knowledge of HVAC parts a plus.

Monday – Friday 8 am start time (no weekends)
Experience and requirements:
Excellent customer service skills a must
2yrs dispatch and scheduling experience in an HVAC environment preferred.
Able to multi-task with ordering parts, scheduling installations and daily work with customers and technicians.
Knowledgeable with HVAC language a big plus.
Experience with Microsoft 10 a plus
Knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan and surrounding areas
