ABS Inspection is a small family-owned construction inspection company seeking to fill a critical position. We are immediately looking for a perfect fit to add to our team as a full-time dispatcher/office assistant. This position entails a wide range of responsibilities. The ability to multitask, extreme attention to detail, quick learner, capable of working independently, communicate effectively, relationship building skill, and problem solving skills are all qualities that are key to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails and text messages
Record job status within specialized dispatch program
Electronically create job files (scanning)
Create final reports and communicate with engineer
Gather orders and info from various builder sites for entry and scheduling
Help customers identify proper sequential scheduling needs
Efficiently dispatch inspector daily schedules (basic microsoft excel experience)
Responsibilities to work into:
Monthly Billing
Cash Receipts
Prior dispatch and construction experience is a plus but not a must.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Located at 35th Ave. & Grand Ave.-Phoenix
No weekends
