Sierra Verde Companies is looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to schedule and coordinate customer service appointments and support field operations. With over 400 employees we provide concrete, plumbing, framing, pavers, masonry, grading and trash services for new residential construction, residential remodels, and light commercial construction.
Responsibilities:
Inputting and review daily work schedules
Coordinate material deliveries
Create Purchase Orders and Order Material
Schedule and Coordinate Subcontractors
Create AZ Blue Stake Tickets
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction procedures
Prior customer service experience
Excellent organizational
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Problem-solving abilities
Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
