We are a dedicated team of debt advisors helping clients manage their financial well-being. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a data entry and call monitoring role. This is an in person, call center position. NO WORK FROM HOME. This is a self-managed position requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently on your own.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into our systems
Monitor and review calls to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent typing skills and experience with data entry
Ability to listen carefully and assess call quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 10pm to 4pm.
