TASKS:

Answer phones/Customer Service/Scheduling/Collections/Filing etc.

Answer questions about our products, while also working with vendors.

Schedule Estimates for Outside Sales

Assist Outside Sales Team, Owners and other office personnel when needed.

The ability to complete office tasks from start to finish.

Be a Team Player

Anticipate what needs to be done without needing to be told. Always be thinking several steps ahead.

SKILLS:

Cooperative attitude to help customers, owners and other personnel.

Knowledge of HouseCall Pro’s would be a BONUS! If not be willing to learn.

Be willing to step out of the BOX. We are a small company with a very high volume of work so you may be needed in other areas of the company.

Hours are 8:00–5:00 M-F
